To secure your preferred date and package, please book at least 7 days in advance for Seasonal Set Up Service and 30 days in advance for the Customise Set Up Service. Urgent orders will incur a surcharge for admission fees.

Yes, additional guests can be accommodated at an extra $25 per dog.
3 / Can I bring my own food to the party?

We are only responsible for the party corner set up and the pet treat and cakes. You are welcome to bring any human food as long as your venue allows so.

Yes, all attendees are required to sign a waiver upon admission, ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets and guests.
5 / What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation within 3 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, while cancellations outside of this window may incur additional fees or rescheduling options. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date and time at no additional cost. Rest assured, deposits will be refunded if no damages occur during the event. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation, and we will do our best to assist you.
