Terms and Conditions - Furry Pawsome:
Booking and Payment:
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking with Furry Pawsome. The deposit will be refunded if no damages occur during the event. Full payment is due prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the client within 48 hours of the event, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation by the client outside of 48 hours may be subject to additional fees.
Bad weather conditions:
In case of inclement weather, Furry Pawsome will offer to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
Changes to Booking:
Any changes to the booking must be communicated to Furry Pawsome in writing and are subject to availability.
Waiver:
All guests attending the event may be required to sign a waiver releasing Furry Pawsome fom liability for any damages or injuries that may occur during the event.
Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event requirements. Furry Pawsome is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event, except those caused by the negligence of Furry Pawsome or its employees.
Additional Costs:
Any additional costs incurred during the event, such as extra decorations or services, will be billed separately.
Insurance:
Furry Pawsome carries liability insurance, but clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for the event if desired.
Termination of Services:
Furry Pawsome reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising from the services provided by Furry Pawsome will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
Acceptance of Terms:
By booking services with Furry Pawsome, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
