Terms and Conditions
1. Order Placement and Confirmation:
All orders are considered confirmed once payment is received in full. Changes to orders must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.
2. Pick-Up Date and Time:
Orders will be available for pick-up on the date and time specified during the order placement. The customer must adhere to the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so may result in product unavailability.
3. Windstorm and Snowstorm Policy:
In the event of severe weather conditions, including windstorms or snowstorms, our store may adjust pick-up dates and times for safety reasons. Customers will be promptly notified of any changes via email or phone. Orders affected by weather-related delays will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time.
4. Change of Pick-Up Date:
Customers may request a change of the pick-up date at least 72 hours in advance of the originally scheduled date. Changes are subject to availability and may be accommodated based on our discretion.
5. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled pick-up date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up date may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date are non-refundable.
6. Product Quality and Freshness:
We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality pet treats. However, please note that our products are preservative-free and have a limited shelf life. Please check the shelf life on each product details. Treats are best consumed within the specified timeframe provided with each product. We are not responsible for product quality after the recommended consumption period.
7. Allergies and Dietary Preferences:
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any known pet allergies or dietary preferences during the order placement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special dietary requests. However, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
8. Liability:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our products, customers assume any associated risks when purchasing our pet treats. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Privacy Policy:
Customer information provided during order placement is used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share customer data with third parties.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
